Buying a property in Spain or Turkey from the Spanish Property Team |

Once you have made up your mind and decided to look for a holiday home or a permanent home in Spain, then you should contact me via our contact page or by calling me on 07702 111488.
I will then where possible, meet you or speak to you over the phone and discuss your exact requirements. Once I know your exact requirement, I will then forward the information to our offices in either Spain.
We will then carry out a comprehensive search on your behalf, from our extensive data base, and forward properties matching your requirements, either by post or email for your consideration. Once you are happy with general description and location, we then meet; I explain the locality, both good and bad points (there is no perfect place). It is at this point, if you wish to view your chosen properties, I then arrange for one of the managers to meet you in Spain.
We will assist you to find cheap flights, arrange for discounted accommodation, and our agents will meet you and take you to the locations and your accommodation.
It is very important that you have enough time to wonder around the area and see every thing for yourselves. See if you like the location, the shops, the road, the people and most importantly the culture of the area.
Each part of the Costa Del Sol can present a very different picture, and ways of life can be very different.
While you are there, we will introduce you to a reputable Spanish Law firm, fluent in English, and when you are ready to buy, you then arrange everything such as the deposit, mortgage etc. through the lawyers just like in UK. We do not take any deposits from clients whatsoever.
Once you have returned, having purchased your dream property, or not, I would ask that you contact me, giving your honest opinion about the service you received, and whether you would recommend us.
